Our Fresh Milk is proudly sourced from second- and third-generation farmers in the Killeshin community, where quality and tradition go hand in hand. These dedicated farmers maintain exceptional standards in producing high-quality milk, ensuring every drop reflects care and craftsmanship.
Once the cows are milked, the milk is collected and transported just a short distance to our dairy. To preserve its pure, natural flavour, we do the bare minimum — the milk is simply pasteurised, packed, and delivered to our customers within 24 hours.
