Our Low-Fat Fresh Milk is produced by second- and third-generation farmers in the Killeshin community, where dedication to quality and animal welfare runs deep. Each farmer follows time-honoured practices to ensure the highest standards of care, resulting in a milk that’s naturally fresh, pure, and full of flavour — just a little lighter.
Once the cows are milked, the milk is collected and brought a short distance to our dairy, where we do the bare minimum to preserve its natural goodness. It’s simply pasteurised, packed, and delivered to our customers within 24 hours.
